These Terms of Use apply to your use of systemalphas.com and any content on it (the “Website”), operated by System Alphas LLC (“System Alphas”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
02Our services
The Website describes our AI, software, MVP, growth and staff augmentation services. Information on the Website is not an offer. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, such as a master services agreement or statement of work. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
03Using the Website
You agree not to:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.
- Try to gain unauthorised access to the Website, our systems or other users’ data.
- Introduce malware or interfere with the Website’s operation.

04Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, white papers and code, are owned by System Alphas or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share our content for your own non-commercial use, with credit to System Alphas. You may not copy, modify or republish it for commercial use without our written permission.
Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in the client’s agreement. Our standard position is that clients own the deliverables they pay for.

Our articles, white papers and research summaries are for general information only. They are not legal, financial or professional advice. Third-party statistics are credited to their sources; we do not guarantee their accuracy. Please take advice specific to your situation before acting.
06Enquiries and submissions
When you send us a message or idea, you confirm that you have the right to share it. Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. We treat project details you share as confidential and will sign an NDA on request.

You agree to indemnify System Alphas against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of the Website.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

We may update these terms from time to time. The new version applies from the date it is posted on this page. Please check back regularly.
